Mail & Jump at Barthahus

Saturday 21 July we went once again to Barthahus Riding Club to photograph at one of their Mail & Jump training events - and once again we were super lucky with the weather. We had three drops of rain, and the day ended in sunshine from a clear blue sky.

As it was a training event, all the riders could choose whether they would jump at a plain hurdle or try the water moat. It's always exciting when they do choose water moat, for whatever reason, it seems that most horses think that this kind of hurdle is very dangerous. We must say that most of the riders did a great job, and it was also a rider who chose the large water moat that got our sponsored gift certificate of DKK 500, for making a giant leap over. That horse must have thought that it should jump the poles ...
